A GoFundMe page raising legal defense funds for 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who video suggests shot two men in self defense Tuesday during the Kenosha riots but has been charged with first-degree murder, has been removed from the site within minutes of going live.
Users who wanted to donate to the page were greeted by a message that read “We’re sorry, but that campaign cannot be found.”

Should never use GoFundMe they take money off the top oh, you don’t need a fundraising website to raise money oh, just get a competent lawyer to set up a fund
I spent my electric bill money to save my little dog last week and put up a GoFMe on my page and also a FB group for GoFMe requests.
I got no help from them, beyond “sad emojis” yet people asking for “sex change” donations and MacBooks get thousands.
Tell me that is sane.

His fund is right on the first page, and is over $73,000. But when I click on it, it sends me somewhere else.
I can click on anything else and go to that fund page, but not Kyle Rittenhouse. What gives?
And if I try to do a search, I get a lot of other Kyle Rittenhouse pages, but not that one.
Same thing happened to me. Disturbing. I guess those advising us to wait for a few days or a parental endorsement are right.
Fundly has been around for some time and is not known as a rip off site. Perhaps they removed it because they questioned whether it was a valid ask. I don’t know.
