Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer described an article linked to the Breonna Taylor case that was published briefly on the Courier Journal’s website on Tuesday as “reckless” in an unsolicited statement sent to news media Tuesday morning.
Shortly after the article was published, the Courier Journal’s editor removed it from the website, later saying it was “prematurely published” and didn’t meet the newspaper’s standards for publication. The article was published again at 5:23 p.m.
The article alleged close connections between Taylor and an ex-boyfriend, Jamarcus Glover, who police have accused of dealing drugs, and who was a focus of the investigation that prompted the warrant LMPD was serving when officers shot and killed Taylor in her home in March.

The vic supposedly rented cars for her boyfriend, Glover. He used them for drug buys/sales/transport/ etc.
We wouldn’t want the truth to get out now would we?
I read the article and understand what it means. What I am not understanding was all of the talk that the cops went to the wrong place.
Do you know which is the “right” story? All I ever see is the stories put out by the likes of LeBron James.
Oh God no, don't listen to those idiots. That first link in the excerpt I posted, go read that one. That is from our local newspaper Louisville Courier-Journal, I was not allowed to link to it directly due to FR guidelines. Yea it's a left leaning rag, but that article actually has a ton of info in it. Yes her apartment DID have a search warrant (three places, including hers, were served with warrants that day) and NO she was NOT asleep like so many have claimed (her boyfriend, the one that shot at police that night) told the cops that night that SHE was the one shooting, then changed his story 'cause he was scared' What a winner.
100 years from now, some graduate candidate will be doing research. They will ask their mentor, “I keep reading about these riots...all over people who dealt drugs, ignored the police, and who shot at cops. Why were these people so popular?”
I wonder what the answer will be?

Wait till the FBI crime scene analysis shows that her boyfriend used her for a human shield causing her to get shot multiple times while he escaped without injury after firing the first shot.
The story they want us to believe is that the police didn’t announce their presence before entering. I think they announced long enough to give the boyfriend time to grab his gun and Breonna.
He received no charges even after shooting one of the officers.
Statement by the family attorney, “Breonna had no drugs or cash in her apartment at the time she was killed. Breonna was living her best life.”
No doubt she was. A girl’s got to have goals.
