The videos certainly prove he was in violation of WI law which prohibits minors of possessing long guns except in very certain circumstances. This is just my opinion, but that fact will harm any self-defense argument he may have.
Pfffft. He will get a fine for possessing a firearm which will have nothing to do with self defense arguments. He will walk on everything else.
Lucky for him he was from Illinois!
