In the courtroom I would think that the “intent” of the various actors would come into play. (Or maybe not - I’m no legal guy). But one guy has a lit molotov and was probably going to toss it into one of the vehicles that had their windows broken just moments before.
The other guy has a gun and telling him to stop.
My take on this? They are professional revolutionaries in training.
Medic is a cadre, hence he attends to injuries and is allowed to carry a sidearm. But training prohibits him from pointing it at someone or firing. He went in on shooter to grab his rifle. If he wanted the rifle why didn’t he use his pistol to disarm the kid after the kid shot skateboarder? Most likely not permitted to use his sidearm. So sidearms at this point are for defensive intimidation and control of Antifas.
This is their urban training period. Everything but live fire. They are learning their skills and organization in preparation for national revolt.
So where is the rifle now?
I have seen no reports on that. It is probably with law enforcement, either Illinois, Wisconsin or Federal. It should ultimately wind up in Wisconsin.

Your post is spot on. Imbedded medics is pretty advanced for a bunch of kids that just decided to get together and protest. What all this points to is organization. The kind that comes from large entities.
If any authorities were worth ANYTHING, they could easily start with the medic and trace this organization right up the chain to the top.
But that will not happen because the powers that be are looking to destroy America. Thats why we see this mid arrested but not any of the antifa thugs, even though the medic is in a hospital bed as we speak.
Historically this type of stuff leads to some of the worst things in history. And this time, it is not some dictator in Europe, it is right here on our shores.
So in the first pic the guy with the leg out apparently stomped the shooter but didn’t get shot himself? In the third pic you see him walking away. So did he get a kick in and get away unscathed? He was a black guy by the way, no one mentioned black on white violence in all of this.

With the way the first guy's head was wrapped with a shirt, it's hard to see just how much damage was done. There might've been a pretty horrible exit wound, but headshots can be unpredictable. Either way, he looked pretty limp when they toted him to the SUV.
Is there a video of this as the video in the original post, I didn’t see any police approach him, or him offering to turn himself in. I did see a pic of him walking with one arm in the air, but no police are in the picture.

Clearly the video I saw he will never be convicted of murder. Probably of nothing. The DA has no case.
