The Blacks may think they control it, but it’s my take the

I believe Soros is the one who ran the adds and hired
protesters nationwide. I have no direct proof of it, but
it seemed to fit his MO.
Yes, I know there are gang types out there too. And I’m
sure they think they’re running the show, but I don’t think
they are organized enough. I think the ANTIFA network
took over and the Blacks we do see are sort of freelancers.

I think you are right. I would guess that most of the Antifa in operating in Kenosha are based in Chicago. I will be keeping an eye on what happens in Portland tonight now that things have escalated to the point of shooting. It is a 30 hour drive from Portland to Kenosha. If things are quiet in Portland, then you will know they are on the road. Tomorrow night, coinciding with the finale of the RNC, could prove to be pivotal.
