Nasty wound there - definitely some missing meat. That’s one of the guys who tried to swarm the armed guy and do the skateboard beat-down, but the armed guy managed to hit two of his assailants at *very* close range.

I’ve done first aid multiple times for seriously injured normal people without wearing gloves. I would never touch a bleeding Antifa/BLM thug without sufficient protection. They don’t inspire confidence that their lives would justify the risk to me or to any decent person.
