Not good. We already know some liberal Californians who moved from CA to Phoenix a few years ago, and they can't wait to "vote Trump out of office". They won't be voting for McSally or any other Republicans either.
God help us if we lose anymore Red states...

Of course, some states that were purple are turning red with the Trump version of the Republican Party. Ohio is an important example, but Michigan and Wisconsin are trending that way.
In the '70s, a lot of north-easterners moved to the southeast, and while the area became more liberal, the resettled folks in general got more conservative.
We have to work extra hard (and pray!) to confront the resettled with other worldviews. We cannot keep writing off sections of the country. Trump, unlike Romney, went for the whole thing at a certain level. He is also an opportunity to mint new conservative voters,especially among minorities, if we can keep out the Bushes, Flakes, Romneys, Corkers, etc.
