They delegate a whole lot of responsibility to marketing and PR. Those departments are staffed with Millenial females who are graduates of our finest brainwashing universities, as well as social media addicts. They think Twitter is reality. If five negative tweets go out they run to the boss screaming The Sky is Falling! The boss figures "I pay them to be on top of this" so he nods his head and goes along.

What is amazing is that separate from the damage by CV19, those with P&L responsibility along with the rest of us have watched their revenues for the past several periods take a quite noticeable dive - and yet they haven't figured out that the customer is not happy with the way they are handling one of our cultural institutions.
