Flying debrie going over the car roof tops where he and other
storm watchers are on top of parking garage so they’re moving down one floor from upper deck.

Debrie has metal sheets flying and other items. Houston is the only radar current. All others out...He can smell electrical smell heavy in air. 90 to 98 % blackout downtown only lights are emergency power lights. He’s in downtown Lake Charles. Winds gusting south of him at 170. Can hear windows breaking downtown. Powerflashes at sub stations.

I can’t stop watching this. Something big fell and they think it is either an air conditioner or someones car in the parking garage. His ears are hurting.

Youtube guy won't get 140 mph winds at his location. Lake Charles showed 132 mph gusts, winds about 100. That should be close to the peak there. Still bad enough.
