So, if they get rid of the police then their murder rate will go down to zero?
Yes. and if they defund the power plants then the dead bodies can be counted as popsicles in the winter.
I think if you totally defund the police, then there’s no one to investigate dead folks...shot by law-abiding citizens with their weapons. You’d just call the coroner to depose of the body, bury the guy, and move on. We wouldn’t have any need for judges to be involved in this messy business.
In a sick sense, yes. It’s been done elsewhere. No police? No police report of a murder. No report, no stat.
