The three major broadcast networks — ABC, CBS and NBC — and Fox News will air the convention on all four nights from 10-11 p.m. ET. To watch the full program, from 9-11 p.m., tune into CNN, PBS, MSNBC or C-SPAN.

I am not sure whether C-Span is in the final daily TV viewer numbers from Neilson, bit I believe they are. The Neilson final numbers usually come out about 1:30 Eastern Time every day starting tomorrow!!!
Thank you for relaying that info about the cspan phont calls after the convention.
I had cut away from that because usually the phone calls are so anti-Republican (on their morning talk show).

I don’t know why I remembered her being at that convention. I can still see her sitting on a tall stool talking to Bill O’Reilly and laughing about being a GOP in Hollywood.

And it wasn’t so much that they were “rah! rah! Trump”. They are disgusted by basically everything Democrat and want nothing to do with that party.

I know some - Intelligent people- who used to post to FR. They just don’t like DJT. Hate his tweeting. May vote 3rd party or just not vote. His obnoxious behavior makes it hard to defend him, even though his policies are good is all I could get out of them.

I don’t think his behavior is obnoxious; it’s amusing (to me). He acts and speaks like normal people. Must be a lot of people with sticks up their ... you know. Some people need to lighten up.
The CSpan on my TV is currently showing prior Republican Convention Speeches. The other CSpan is showing some Committee Hearing. Looks like I’ll have to watch on line off and on.

Smart people don’t vote against their own best interests or those of their own nation. Trumps policy successes have had a real and measurable effect on the everyday lives of these people while his tweets have had none.
You need to have a talk with your “intelligent” friends and tell them to be smarter.

However, there was a time when I might have considered it rude-but when a person gets tired of all the lefty BS, there's a lot of schadenfreude in hearing someone give the rude lefties a blast right back at them.
And no they are not stick in the muds or up the wazoo, and usually quite cheerful and easy going. I was very surprised to hear this - had assumed they would be as delighted as I was.
However, when it comes time to vote, they may think better of it and vote for DJT again. I sure hope so.

I doubt if being rude, obnoxious, and giving orders would be an effective persuader. They are a younger generation, and some are relatives. And they usually are intelligent, smart, and vote Republican. Former Freepers—plenty of those who didn’t and still don’t like DJT.
So while I’ll work on them, to change, I won’t be taking your tactless advice. Younger people resist Elderly folks acting like that-the results are generally opposite of what one would wish.
