George Conway, a D.C.-based attorney married to White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, said Sunday he would be withdrawing from the anti-Trump GOP group he helped found.
George Conway said he would be stepping away from The Lincoln Project to “devote more time to family matters” and said he would be taking a hiatus from Twitter, where he also frequently criticized President Trump.
“So I’m withdrawing from @ProjectLincoln to devote more time to family matters. And I’ll be taking a Twitter hiatus,” he tweeted Sunday night.
“Needless to say, I continue to support the Lincoln Project and its mission. Passionately.”

I agree. He probably has been reading the headlines and thought, “that’s enough”. Or someone with some sense must have pulled him aside and said, “it’s time for her to go.”
He doesn’t need this crap. I feel bad for Kellyanne. She’s got her hands full with that kid. And that jerk husband.
I hope that miserable POS ends up on the street. This entire episode is at his feet and his objective of hurting his wife and her boss has been fulfilled.

I too married someone who hated all of us, me and the beautiful kids we made. He did a lot of damage before he had a very public affair and left the reservation. One of my sons hates him with a passion. The other kids are less open about it but let me say this—one son never spent a night at dad’s new place, not once and my daughter spent maybe two nights total, if that tells you anything.
I put the entire focus of my life on advancing my kid’s interests and we survived but it wasn’t easy. But he isn’t around to criticize and pick on us anymore. I don’t want him back.
