There might be exculpatory texts, also - but I doubt we would see those, at least for a few years...

All these lawfare moves by The Resistance to Trump smell of desperation - awareness that a MASSIVE lawfare artillery counterbarrage is coming from the Trump camp/government.

The Trump camp almost HAS to unleash hell on the coup plotters and The Resistance - and those worms and their Media defenders are preparing an argument that "Trump is RETALIATING!!!".

Actually, if Trump unleashes too soon before the election, his counterattack will fizzle - just like the Left's Access Hollywood tapes attack fizzled.

I think they are guilty. However, I also feel bad for the dupe. He got caught up in something. His wife probably pressured him as well.

An internet search has Badolatos married into the Gambino family but I didnt take the time to figure if it was this guy’s family or if it was the Mafia Gambino family.

It just may be he ratted out his Shylock who was Gambino. And it could even be that the Shylock wasn’t even in the Gambino family. Have been watching Godfather II. Don Corleone got his start by taking down someone who claimed he was connected but really wasn’t.
