You seem to believe we still live under the rule of law. I do not believe that is the case.

So far, all that has happened has been within the law from the politicians. They always had something to cover them. A president can only shut down areas in the case of direct insurrection and he can’t over rule a governor’s decisions on safety and health actions without solid proof of intent to do harm.
I am not any more over joyed than you are about the way things have been handled, but it would be a waste of time taking them to courts unless there is ammunition. And if independent militias form and engage their governors, then the feds will have to come into a face off with the people in the state who by taking direct combat to the government which is considered treason will be a loss of citizenship. And that would be a win for the libs.
