What part of 'non-binding resolution' is unclear? All they say is that in the opinion of the Senate or the House, and nobody else, that McCain was a natural born citizen. There was never a similar resolution for Obama. Show only. No basis in law. Completely unenforceable.
No similar resolution was needed for Obama because Obama said he was a natural-born citizen, the Democrats said he was a natural-born citizen, tens of millions of voters said he was a natural-born citizen. You don't say he was a natural-born citizen? So what? Your opinion or my opinion doesn't matter a whit. The only opinion that matters on this question is the Supreme Court's and they have never definitively ruled on the matter.
