All they ever did was hold relatively low paying government jobs (low paying by high finance standards) give some speeches, and open a charity based in New York. Oh wait, they skimmed everything out of that charity and Southern District of NY seems totally uninterested in that.
The indictment is so clear as to how the scam was carried out I doubt there is a defense. They claimed they didn’t collect one red cent when in fact they were funneling a million to Bannon and 350K to Koflage. Prison is ahead.
