Not a great move by a “security” company. If I were a client I’d want to know the qualifications of the people I was hiring or having assigned to my contract. That would include background investigations. If I saw the company was using people with that kind of background I’d drop them, not merely ask for someone else. It shows remarkably poor judgment by the company - not a company I would want handling my security needs.
