A couple good A&P mechanics and a decent Engineer should be able to jury-rig it.
(I spent years doing non-standard retrofits and repairs to aircraft - not that I could do it, but know the people who can).

Yuppers. Not impossible, but much more work than a lanyard, a wire, and a couple of C-clamps and bungee cords.

Being an ex ordnance guy, with an A&P ticket, just not possible. Just trying to figure out what software and codes the missile runs on is never going to happen.
