This thing is about 12 ft long and pretty heavy.
I am eager to hear the explanation for this discovery.

They aint got the method to launch it unless they have a large plane.
Of course, then there is always Soros.
That thing is pretty big.

My thought as well - But ANY helicopter or light plane than can “carry” it externally could, with time and some care and an “adapter kit” carry it aloft and (eventually) shoot the thing.
Very difficult to make work the first time, unless the methods and “testing” have been done overseas on a similar airplane or helicopter using an identical missile.
Drones are too small. So far, too small.
(Could Laz hit anything with it?)

I don't know about you, but if I opened a shipping container and saw it, I'd
assume it was live and call in those more skilled in the art to verify.
Unless it was painted blue, then I'd still call in those more qualified to verify it's a dummy.

Was it a mostly peaceful missile?

I don't think this is as nefarious as it appears. The company that the shipping container belonged to has this on their website:
Draken is experienced in providing ship services and missile defense support for Naval and land-based assets. Establishing and executing accurate missile profiles to challenge fleet and ground missile defense crews can be accomplished with any of Drakens 80+ aircraft. With over 30 supersonic assets that can saturate a training event, to our highly capable Electronic Warfare equipped aircraft, Draken is able to provide the needed support for missile defense. Simulating threats to both land and sea based assets, Draken aircraft can be equipped with GFE or commercial pods to accommodate the most discerning customer.
So clearly they're in the missile and missile defense business.

Put it in a Ryder truck and park under approach to Reagan National. You don’t need 50 miles range to hit something that isn’t shooting back.

No..you have to do better than that.
I really dont want to get into that but..
Why? Because I believe they will get a few and actually try it. They dont need any ideas.

Thanks. I still think it is fair to say that something in the shipping got screwed up though.

Its abt 12 feet long and over 600 pounds.
Would take a pretty big plane to get it up and the launching system would have to be added to the total weight.
Where the hells the air force guys who know something more about this thing?
