I don’t understand how any publicly traded company can do this stuff and get away with it. They have a fiduciary responsibility to stockholders and making unnecessary policies which alienate half of their potential customer base is completely irresponsible. I would think lawyers would scent blood in the water.

Wrote goodyear and not only did I say we were done with them for products and services but they need to fire everyone in that company responsible for this
