Mail-in ballots are cast in the same way as absentee mail ballots, with the same level of scrutiny such as signature verification in many states.
In more than 30 states and the District of Columbia, voters have a right to “no excuse” absentee voting. That means they can use mail-in ballots for any reason, regardless of whether a person is out of town or working. In Florida, the Legislature in 2016 voted to change the wording of such balloting from “absentee” to “vote-by-mail” to make clear a voter can cast such ballots if they wish.
More broadly, voter fraud has proved exceedingly rare. The Brennan Center for Justice in 2017 ranked the risk of ballot fraud at 0.00004% to 0.0009%, based on studies of past elections.
Only nine states currently have plans for “universal” mail-in voting, where ballots are sent automatically to registered voters. Five of those states relied on mail-in ballots even before the coronavirus pandemic raised concerns about voting in person.

There is absolutely no way of knowing who actually cast a mail-in ballot.
Mail-In Voting is the most dangerous threat to the sanctity of one-person-one-vote, ever. It is RIFE with opportunities for fraud, confusion, and endless contestation. (Why else would the Democrats want it so badly? If we can put on our masks and venture into Walmart, we can damn well go to our polling places, too!):
My grandson, who asked for 8 tickets on Tic Tac for the Trump Rally in Tulsa, LOVES to jinx the system. Plans are underway to follow the mail truck around and take ballots out of peoples mail box, and put X beside the name of Joe Biden. Mail carriers KNOW which residents have moved, and could easily collect pile up, and go home and have a bonanza of fun, stuffing the ballot box. I’ve worked real hard, but so far I am registered in 6 states. If these ballots are mailed out, I guess I can vote 6 times. Just as easy as going to get a drivers license in California, 10 years ago and they keep sending me ballots...IN MEXICO.

A fake statistic. Within the past two years we had an election overturned in North Carolina due to fraud.

FactCheck is as credible as CNN. Ignore them and move on.
Exactly. Fact check is intended to prop up Democratic policies and ideals. If the true facts don’t fit, they distort them or manufacture their own facts.
