You can believe what you like — but this video is drawing wrong conclusions from a silly experiment. Masks are not meant to contain or filter cigarette smoke. However, they can be effective in trapping virii which are attached to droplets in a cough or a sneeze. A better analogy is to take a water sprayer and try to spray it through the mask. As you can expect most of the spray will be contained by the mask. Masks are not 100%, but can reduce the viral load from an infected individual enough to cut down the chance of getting infected by a significant margin.
Silly, most people aren’t projectile vomiting in the grocery store aisles. Why do certain governors dictate people wear them? I could repost the sheep pic if you like.
