Long overdue. When necessary, the Roman senate ordered consuls to nominate dictators to deal with emergencies. Consuls NEVER had the power to appoint themselves to dictatorial powers.

I am in Michigan. All they have asked is that she work WITH them instead of using her sketchy legal footing about the 1945 law (it’s going in front of the MI Supreme Ct next month) to fling Exec order after Exec order.
