If Camel’s parents weren’t U.S. citizens when she was born it doesn’t matter where she was born because that makes her Constitutionally ineligible to be president. Period.

FR POSTED Fact check: Image purportedly of Kamala Harris’s birth certificate does not show she was identified as “Caucasian”...possibly falsified

Keep in mind...falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes.
Can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents.
Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism.
Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony.

This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:Having to pay a monetary fine;Incarceration in a prison facility
Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years.

Also, if government documents or authorities were involved in aiding and abetting falsifications, the legal penalties may be more severe.

Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses. The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

NOTE WELL When someone is hired for top-level govt jobs, there is a very long, very official paper trail.
Harris had to fill out a slew of govt documents.

Where are Harris’ (A) applications for employment?
(B) applications for federal and state pensions?

Was Harris ever bonded?
Does she own property?
Who were Harris’ previous employers?

Were her Tax returns checked?
Were her income statements checked?
Were her Bank account records checked?
Were her visas, passports, etc. checked?
Were her Id’s and other birth info checked?

Kamala’s immigrants parents.... father (Jamaican), mother (Indian), were not US citizens at the time of her birth in 1964 in Oakland, Calif.
Ergo, Kamala is an “anchor baby:” A child born to a noncitizen mother in a country when the child’s birthplace is thought
to have been chosen for the specific purpose of improving the mother’s......and/or other relatives’.....chances of securing eventual citizenship.

When did her parent become citizens?

Was her birth used in the parental citizenship quest?

How many of Kamala’s relatives secured citizenship after her birth?

That may be true. Unfortunately the argument it only seems to get support in our forums. It never garnered mass support during BO’s time and I am doubtful if it will for KH. The fact that even the White House is turning away from it just goes to show how support is limited. Maybe OAN (and Fox??) should push it, although even then I doubt it will catch.

During an appearance on the radio show “The Breakfast Club” in February, Kamala Harris joked with host Charlamagne tha God. When asked whether she supported or opposed the legalization of the drug, she replied saying, “Half my family is from Jamaica. Are you kidding me?”

Kamala’s father was far from amused.

In a statement to Jamaica Global Online, Donald Harris, an Award-Winning Stanford Professor,
an economist who immigrated to the U.S. from Jamaica for his Ph.D, wrote:

“My dear departed must be turning in their grave right now to see their family’s name, reputation and proud Jamaican identity being connected, in any way, jokingly or not, with the fraudulent stereotype of a pot-smoking joy seeker in the pursuit of identity politics.
