It is simply not necessary for the Campaign or Trump to deal with it.

The courts, including SCOTUS, decided the exact opposite.

The first (of many) barrier is to show harm and it would be impossible to draw a bright line between a POTUS’ actions and you as an individual citizen. “I don’t like what she did and it cost me in something (time, money, ability to do something)” is too vague. The harm needs to be direct AND the result of the law being broken. Most of the cases fell into this category.

That is the law.

Exactly. It’s an issue to br resolved. Maybe after POTUS is reelected, and Ruthie is replaced, they can send it to SCOTUS.

Any citizen can poursue it, sure, but any court can (and does) deny standing.
