Not all siblings are great relations.
But, for myself, I agree.
I miss my (half-)sister every day. It’s been 8 years since she died too young, and left me alone (basically...our brother has been in CA for decades and is a curious personality to deal with) here to deal with my parents. We all were within 10 min of each other.
She left my mother rather devastated, but it’s been so much worse since our father died Thanksgiving. My mother is beside herself and sis left me basically alone to deal with it. I miss her strength and humor and diplomatic skills ...and conservatism. I miss what we shared, being able to talk about our parents because we know it as no one else does.

Natural causes, unrelated to Covid19. He had been hospitalized in June, went home for awhile, got sick again.I just had an anti Trumper nutcase text me wondering if Robert Trump secretly had COVID.
Some people are just so lost.
