I think you are correct. He was swatted by the caller and it was not a righteous shoot. Manslaughter is the more than likely charge and the officer should be held responsible for his actions.
I cannot go along with haters on FR that all cops are bad and evil mob. They sound just as bad as CNN and BLM. When these FR cop haters find find the perfect man or woman on this earth please let the rest of humanity know, we need to see this person.
