Kamala Harris’ Great Grandfather was Hamilton Brown and her Grandfather was Joseph Alexander Harris.

Thus Kamala Harris appears to be 50% Indian, 18.75% Irish, 18.75% Scottish, and 12.75% black. 

From a marriage a woman named Christina Brown was born, a direct ancestor of Kamala Harris.

Snopes doesn’t appear to have an answer for a marriage linking black and white ending with the last name Brown that is the name of the slaver, Hamilton (Brown).

What All Over has touched on is a subtle but potentially powerful point. Harris claimed Indian heritage instead of black heritage. This suggests that she was running away from her black heritage, and that while she was AG she wanted to make it a point to seek harsh penalties against blacks who broke the law.

Reality going forward though, according to what we know about her present political pandering, is that she is going to be soft on crime. Hopefully, this pandering and support for defunding the police is going to backfire on her big time. The idea of defunding is starting to scare the hell out of suburban moms.
