Anchor baby?
perhaps she was an anchor baby.
An anchor baby would have American citizenship from birth and thereby give an excuse for hte parents to get citizenship.
The constitution clearly states anyone born in the U.S is an American citizen. The only citizens who cannot become president in the U.S are those born outside of America to non-american parents
