The convention was originally supposed to be in Jacksonville, but our RINO mayor shot that down...even though they’d moved it outside with all the distancing anybody could want...because of the “demonstrators.” And then the Sheriff, at the mayor’s behest, came out and said they couldn’t possibly protect the attendees (even though the department had been given a huge chunk of change to hire more people for the event).
One of the problems is that there are RINOs even in the red states and they are almost worse than out and out leftist Dems.

I kept waiting for DeSantis to override or at least comment on the nonsense. Like offer state troopers, etc, for added security.
