The Democratic ticket of former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., is "entirely hollow," Tucker Carlson argued on Tuesday.
The "Tucker Carlson Tonight" host believed that he thought Biden would pick former National Security Advisor Susan Rice for the No. 2 spot.
"Rice has sincere beliefs whether you like them or not ...," Carlson said. "But Kamala Harris is the opposite of that.

Kamala . . . a candidate with a lot of excess baggage coming out of the starting gate. Who knows what the first stretch of the race will reveal Willie did an interview saying that he encouraged her not to run . . .but the reasons he gave IMHO were not the “real” ones.

There is one reason and one reason only why Kamala Harris made a big splash when she declared her candidacy for president in January and then shrunk in a crowded field since then:
Harris is not who she presents herself to be. And that realization tends to dawn on people after she exhausts her talking points and must demonstrate more than being telegenic and effusive. Harris looks dazzling at first sight. She has a great personal story. She’s been wildly successful in her career at every step of the way. But Harris’ story of who she really is eventually douses cold water on the hot flames of emotion that she is trying to inspire in Democratic voters. Her record as San Francisco’s District Attorney and California’s Attorney General are at odds with her candidacy for the Democratic nomination...
To begin with, Harris is not a progressive, and anyone who says she is probably is on her payroll. California’s state legislature is trying to place unprecedented controls on law enforcement and the elephant in the Democratic primary is not Trump. It’s Harris’ record as state AG. What can we say about that record except that it is not in the spirit of legislation seeking to restrict use of force by police and bills to stop rogue cops like Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones from abusing their authority. Democrat Kamala Harris, is vehemently #MeToo, but has memory problems about the $400,000 Cali shelled out for the disgusting sex harassment behavior of Larry Wallace, her handpicked L/E director....$700,000 Cali taxpayers paid out for sex-harassing activities of Kamala's other lieutenants during her tenure--2011-2017.
Disclosed weeks after Harris launched her presidential bid, her record now has new scrutiny. Incidents included inappropriate touching, workers feeling uncomfortable with comments and actions of others. Harris says she employed 5,000 employees, so that's quite a payout over a mere six-years.....but she never heard of it.
Kamala was the state's top law enforcer, and she knew nothing.....and DID nothing...... when Harvey Weinstein was marauding Hollywood environs.....sicking it to women 24/7.

Kamala's claims reflect very badly on her — here's what she claims to have been completely in the dark about.

What's particularly galling about this is her belated claim to take "full responsibility" for these office perverts she supposedly supervised:
SEN KAMALA: "As the chief executive, the buck stopped with me. No one should face harassment or intimidation in the workplace, and victims of sexual misconduct should be listened to, believed and protected."
It's nonsense. She didn't take responsibility, the taxpayers took responsibility — she was the one who was asleep at the wheel. If this isn't more proof positive that she isn't ready for higher office, what is?

More than a million paid out in California state sex harassment suits, and Kamala Harris recalls nothing

Kamala Harris, who’s running for president on a vehement #MeToo platform as a Democrat, sure has a lot of memory problems.
It’s not just the $400,000 the state had to shell out based on the disgusting sex harassment behavior of her top lieutenant, Larry Wallace, her handpicked director for the division of law enforcement at the state attorney general’s office, which is quite a whopper in itself. It’s the $700,000 in more California taxpayer payout money for the sex-harassing activities of her other lieutenants. The Los Angeles Times reports that it did a search of public records and found that the total payout tally was $1.1 million. I am going to assume that includes the $400,000 payout from Harris’s wingman Wallace, although the report doesn’t say. Here’s the L.A. Times opener:
The California Department of Justice paid more than $1.1 million to settle claims with employees who alleged they were sexually harassed or retaliated against by co-workers during the tenure of then-state Atty. Gen. Kamala Harris from 2011 to 2017, according to documents obtained by The Times.
The cases, which were disclosed this week in response to a California Public Records Act request, come weeks after Harris launched her presidential bid, bringing new scrutiny to her record. The incidents included allegations that DOJ employees sexually harassed and retaliated against co-workers, including claims involving inappropriate touching and cases in which workers felt uncomfortable with the comments and actions of others.
Harris says there were only 5,000 employees in that office, so that’s quite a payout record for that number of employees over a mere six-year period.
And again, the Times reports her claim, via a spokesman, that she never heard of it. She was the state’s top law enforcer, and she knew nothing. Did she go to her job?
This is the second time she’s claimed to know nothing about all the sex harassment claims going on in the outfit she says she ran. I wrote about the earlier instance, here.
What’s more, it’s part of a string of things — all reflecting very badly on her — that she claims to have been completely in the dark about. She defended planted false testimony in one prosecution, she sought to keep convicts in jail because of their use to the state for fighting forest fires, she tried to squelch exonerating DNA evidence in the case of one man in jail for a crime he didn’t commit, and other forgetfulness. What’s more, she misrepresented her stance on reporting to ICE underage illegal aliens, probably gang members, accused of crimes, in a bid to look good to leftists.
Now we learn that the sex harassment payouts from her state office were nearly three times what they had been reported earlier, and she says she knew nothing.
What kind of office did she run? And was she so busy sleeping her way to the top that she had no time to hire decent people?
If this isn’t more proof positive that she isn’t ready for higher office, what is?
