I would guess their internal polling shows that many Rat House seats they snatched in 2018 are in danger, including several in California. Harris on the ticket would help to hold them.

Biden’s campaign committed to choosing a black woman, and Harris has the highest profile of the women being considered (aside from Michelle O who is probably not interested). That’s about all there is to it.
In Biden’s first significant act as the Democrat presumptive nominee, he caves to threats from BLM, and nominates a half-Indian, half Jamaican descendant of slave owners, whose most famous skills are “oral”.

Need to remember today’s FR forum threads to know what issues the corrupt, “Orange Man Bad” media now gets to ignore because of nomination of Harris who is not a natural born citizen. I know that Fox News got so excited about Harris that it has so far forgotten to mention this major constitutional VP qualification problem.
