I think that Biden is the equivalent of Bob Dole in 1996. The GOP wasn’t going to defeat Clinton and it was Dole’s “turn”. It was a lost cause from the get go and the Biden/ Heels up Harris disaster is the democRATS version of Dole/Kemp
