The CT GOP Twitter account posted a statement just before 9 a.m. that said, Second Congressional District Candidate Tom Gilmer was arrested late last night. With the severity of the accusations Mr. Gilmer has ended his campaign.

strangled somebody. probably a domestic dispute.
I’d love to see Griffin win the primary, then knock off John ‘East Hartford’s JFKennedy’ Larson in the general.
an issue in CT:
mail ballots can be dropped off at town hall until end of day THURS. so .... any close election tonight gives the campaigns 36 hours to hustle up the ballots that havent arrived.
Dreadful, if you ask me.
About 100 ballots not returned in the average state House primary. those 100 people will be hounded.
This is a change. it was always election day by noon or whatever.
John East Hartfords TedKennedy Larson
CD #2 in Connecticut might be safe, but it had Rs before. Courtney is a moron and the small towns (Ellington, Stafford, Sommers, Thompson, Union should kick Courtney off... Especially if college students aren’t in class... Maybe even Middletown (without Wesleyan liberals) might help the R. Got to donate to Anderson...
Who is running 28 and 45 House district for the Republicans?
I used to see him at Shop-Rite in Manchester. He talks Conservative when I asked him about something that would hurt Pratt, but in DC his color came out as a liberal. John, you left Mayberry Village, but you are still a jackass...
28th AD:
Patrick Pentalow Pentalow for Wethersfield
45th AD:

Georgia results are halfway down that page.
Vermont: might be significant if the GOP winner for LT Gov or A.G. is a future U.S. Senate candidate. I hope Gov Scott runs when a seat is open, Bernie’s seat.
Clyde 55% with 10% in.
Greene 57% with 25% in.
in Vermont, I will go with Meg Hansen as our best future prospect. New prospect. Age 35 about.
trailing in LT GOv primary 42 to 32%
future US Senator. In my dreams.
Would be great if this thread were highlighted in the FR sidebar for continuing results and comments.
