It’s not a court issued gag order but an effective gag order in that evidence is sealed at Sullivan’s order, so Flynn can’t talk about it.

Flynn has a helluva lot of testimony to give once he’s free of this. I expect he will rejoin the Administration and work closely to prosecute the embezzlement of vast billions from DOD and other agencies during the Obama years as well as international narcotics gangsters behind Hillary Clinton like Fethullah Gulen.

First a comment. Beth Wilkinson stated that Sullivan would accept whatever ruling was made by the en banc court. Why is that?

The en banc vacated the Writ before granting a hearing of Sullivan's petition.

I think what Powell is asking is to deny presenting the same argument used before the 3-judge panel, i.e. deny re-hearing the same argument and issue the Writ as before. She has to request this. Sha has to get this request on record so when they deny it she will have it on record for SCOTUS to reverse their denial, if they reverse.

I'm thinking of following Dan Bongino for weapons (Bravo Company MFG) and emergency food supply (My Patriot Supply).

My food costs here have doubled. We have food inflation. At least there is food.

I met people here locally that survived the Sarajevo siege where neighbors turned against neighbors and starvation set in. They said unsurprisingly that friendly neighbors can turn savage when food becomes scarce. They said money is worthless, gold is worthless, diamonds are worthless. The only things of value to trade they say in such situations are beans and bullets meaning food and ammo.

The reason this is relevant is the events in DC are but one facet of a larger picture of a coming civil war. The rule of law is fast becoming an item of nostalgia. Most everyone is still living in the past. We have entered a new era.

Locally here the police have been defunded, rioters are targeting residential areas of single family home zoning. Driving is risky as Antifa groups on bicycles can block intersections anywhere.

And the irony is I'm a mild-mannered academic type. If these ISIS-like rioters have people like me prepping, I would think they are underestimating things.

What a contrast in lawyers with Powell, the fed solicitor general (big guns) and Wilkerson. My take... Powell is a superb junkyard dog kind of trial lawyer, the SG was like a master fencer smoothly in command of the legal intricacies and Wilkerson was running a con on the court.

In general, during a the question phase, most of the judges were poking to find errors or flaws in Powell’s and the SG’s position. A few though were antagonistic to them. I thought that the Flynn side did well. In general, I thought Sullivan’s lawyer was pinned back pretty well except for a couple of judges that seemed in the tank against Flynn.

After all this though, I don’t believe that too much can be read into how the En Banc vote will go. If there is a tell, probably the best indicator is the addendum to hearing topics last week to include a line item re. should Sullivan be disqualified or accused. This suggests that there is a lot of dissatisfaction among the circuit judges re. Sullivan’s actions.
