So far, most of Trump’s EOs have held up in court after usual challenges by some crazy Obama judge in Hawaii or the 9th Circuit. Trump has some of the best legal minds advising him including Barr and the DOJ who put his EOs through a tough constitutional review before they come out. You talk like Trump just goes to drink whiskey in the middle of the night and then writes the executive orders by himself.
Be that as it may, I don't really care if the stupid $600 a week is renewed or not. It's the major reason the Dem governors and mayors are keeping up with the job destroying lockdowns.
