I know here in Washington state there are funds available to landlords but Inslee seems to be sitting on it and not disbursing, at least he wasn’t. I’m not a landlord, I rented my house out once and I’ll never, ever do it again.
It’s true that not everyone gets unemployment, but almost everyone can qualify for PUA. It’s not much though.

Rich and middle-income people haven’t really suffered much from all of the BLM stuff. It’s the POOR people who have suffered- and a lot of poor people have had the courage to stand up:

I’ve had 3 hole in ones and I’m a very average golfer (mid 80’s-low 90’s). It’s all luck. I have friends who are nearly scratch golfers who have none!
In my state if you are one of the big guys then you can apply for a loan. Now think about that. The landlord can take out a loan on behalf of the tenant not paying the rent. The landlord is then responsible to pay that loan back. Only in a communist America.

And keep in mind that the loan is through a bank and not the state. If you have no income(because the tenants are not paying) then you obviously don’t even qualify for the loan.

Class distinctions will always exist, as long as people submit to believing in the apparent value of the idea.
The distinctions depend upon the premise that one person who has ‘more’ in material goods somehow possesses more existential VALUE than another person (who may have less) does.
As long as people keep believing this, it will always be the rule. Of course, we could give in to the LIE of communism, under which dishonest, hypnotic system everyone is *supposed* to be ‘equal’. But that has never played out in ‘reality’.
(Have you ever witnessed communism actually working out to where it offers true equality to all? It always seems to work out to just another materialistic system that still recognizes ‘classes’, rewarding only Some.
I think these trying times are coming to us in order to teach us to learn to THINK differently.
