The hypocrisy is that they say there is no peer reviewed study that proves HCQ is effective (though there are) while they push masks (zero peer reviewed studies).

Why all the Mask wearing frenzy now ?
Probably half the people I see who are masked are not wearing it “properly”.
And yet, anyone who wants to wear one can. In fact, cities and towns can install mask orders there.
Just pointing that out, not saying I like masks, as I don’t.

Interesting...the mask gives people a false sense of security, so they get closer together. But most people wear their masks incorrectly (leaks), so that plus closer distances causes GREATER disease spread than no mask and more distancing.
Rather counterintuitive, but makes sense.

Viruses are nanoparticles that go right through pretty much any type of public - use mask. Hospital-grade N95s have to be changed out every 6 hours and sanitized in a machine (contaminated hospital coveralls, etc have to be destroyed) and the only other respite is to wear a Chemturion II Biohazard Suit and set up an array of decon wash chambers.
The article fails to explain that you can’t “incorrectly” wear the common masks that cannot work. They cannot work because they force wearers to inhale/exhale air flowing through their loose edges. Even if their edges were airtight, the fabric cannot filter out viruses.
And what about the breathing problems for wearers? You have to work harder to breathe, and when you inhale, you’re going to take in some stale air trapped in the mask from the exhale.
