There’s a lot of debate about the timeline for John Durham’s investigation and when the information will likely become public. Toward that end here’s some food for thought.
First, *if* the “criminal investigation” (as confirmed officially by DOJ spox) resulted in evidence that would push toward a grand jury seating, it must be remembered that could not have started until after June 15, 2020:
The entire DC justice system was frozen in place until after June 15. Now considering a time-frame for typical GJ seating and processing, that would put evidence into the GJ around, say June 20th.
Now take a typical DC grand jury timeline of 5 weeks (Wolfe case May 3rd through June 7th); and contrast that against the complexity of the Durham inquiry (twice duration); and consider recent reports that investigators have only just reached principles (Brennan); then an approximate timeline would be two months +
Durham better bring the goods. I’ve always figured DOJ would kick sand over everything. If that in fact is what happens, I am considering what feudal Idaho should look like moving forward.
Yeah bullcrap. His investigation started in April of 2019. So far not a single SWAT raid, search warrant, or arrest.
He should have had a Grand Jury impaneled June 15th...a year ago. I know a DC snow job when I see it.

Nobody wants to pull on any of the loose ends for fear the entire usurpation unravels.

How do we know? Just because it's not being leaked to the press doesn't mean he hasn't had a grand jury empaneled or used warrants to seize documents, etc. We just don't know, which is as it should be.
The whole article reads like a dime novel. It just needs some tick tock boom. Sundance makes it sound like he’s got a big secret that maybe even Durham can’t figure out.
If Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page and a half dozen others are not indicted then the bill is $0.00.
Already setting the ground work for fail? Me personally, I’ll wait to see what is revealed.

Everyone knows they’d be attacking him unmercifully if he was a threat.
Some new investigation or part of a probe will be offered up to act as the perpetual - Hillary will be indicted - role.
If they want you, they never bypass lesser charges, ever.
They could have Comey and Yates on numerous charges, but they declined.
Just like Classified Docs didn’t matter when it came to Hillary, Huma, and Cheryl Mills.
Just like not registering as a Foreign Agent doesn’t matter if your name is Podesta.

16 months in, and no searches at anyone’s house, nobody has been charged, etc. Face the facts right in front of your face.

Yeah, sure...
No, he shouldn’t have. It should have been ready a couple of months ago, but COVID would affect the timeline. It’s still getting pretty tenuous to believe though.
If there’s a pool for this, I’ll take the “Twelfth of Never” for the day something is actually filed to charge any of those people.
