Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk stated in a recent interview that people in the United States are entitled and complacent while Chinese citizens are smart and hard-working people.
CNBC reports that in a recent interview with Automotive News Daily Drive podcast, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk complained of the entitled and complacent character of U.S. citizens while praising the smart and hard-working people of China. This is far from the first time that Musk has cozied up to communist China.
Musk criticized New York and California, states that have both gone to extreme lengths to support Musks businesses with tax breaks, regulatory credits, and regular government help. Breitbart News has reported extensively on the government subsidies that Musk and his companies have taken advantage of.
Jason Stein, the publisher of Automotive News who conducted the interview with Musk, asked him How about China as an EV strategy leader in the world? to which Musk replied: China rocks in my opinion. The energy in China is great. People there theres like a lot of smart, hard-working people. And theyre really theyre not entitled, theyre not complacent, whereas I see in the United States increasingly much more complacency and entitlement especially in places like the Bay Area, and L.A. and New York.

Why didn’t he immigrate there and build his businesses there?
This is what you get with a bipolar man.
He’s a weird dude that hates liberals in the US but sucks up to China for future sales. He’s both brilliant and pretty nuts. Nobody else could’ve made SpaceX what it is, and possibly Mars landings in the non-sci-fi realm.
I’m not sure you can be so great at so many things and not be crazy.
Not that he is completely wrong on some of this, but if he really likes China so much, I guess they would let him move there. I’ll help you pack, if you wanna go, Elon.
Move, Musk.
I actually agree with the statement if you parse it in a certain way.
Back to being a shill for his bank account.
Any respect he’s acquired for his recent deeds just went out the window for many people.
Sounds like needs a whole bottle of Red Pills to me.
He has a point. When a welfare family is provided a comfortable middle class income for not working, “Complacency and Entitlement” follows.

Another Starlink launch. Best wishes. I really appreciate what Musk has done for the US. Sometimes he’s a bit goofy on Twitter, but that’s how it goes.
Elon Musk is drunk with the power he receives from the antichrist.
Funny how he seems to forget about his government-funded handouts. He’s a first-class ass.
Drugs
Elon claps for whoever last buttered his bread.
He’s been incredibly gracious to NASA and the Air Force and other government programs. Tesla is a different story, but it’s about the most valuable company in the world and likely will top Apple soon.
High correlation
Easy to praise a communist society when you haven’t grown up within its confines and restrictions.
Musk would not be Musk if he was born and raised in China, and would have quite a different picture of the place if he did.
But he sits in an armchair quarterback position of remote viewing and somehow can claim that they’re better than us. Sure Elon, show us more of your conceited ignorance.
Hes disqualified himself going to Mars, that for damn sure.
You cant have a guy like ths in any leadership capacity where lives depend on their decisions. Way too unstable.
For instance, he said "theyre not entitled, theyre not complacent, whereas I see in the United States increasingly much more complacency and entitlement especially in places like the Bay Area, and L.A. and New York.
This is very true for NYC, LA, etc. These liberal places wreak with entitlement. Additionally, china is not complacent like those aforementioned places. In some significant tangible ways, they do capitalism better than many parts of America. With that said, of course the communist government sucks but I hope people understand what I think he was saying.
