A Senate GOP leader raised concerns on Wednesday over President Donald Trump's unsubstantiated claims that mail-in-voting leads to mass fraud, arguing that Republicans should instead be encouraging voters to use the method in order to compete in a consequential election that will determine control of Congress and the White House.
"Mail-in voting has been used in a lot of places for a long time," Senate Majority Whip John Thune, the No. 2 Senate Republican, said in the Capitol. "And honestly, we got a lot of folks, as you know, who are investing heavily to try to win that war, it's always a war too for mail-in ballots. Both sides compete and it's always an area where I think our side -- at least in my experience -- has done pretty well."
The South Dakota Republican added, "I don't want to discourage -- I think we want to assure people it's going to work. It's secure and if they vote that way, it's going to count."

I have no idea of his uncle but met his brother who related in detail exactly how vote fraud cost Bob his seat.
He also related that the proof of fraud was clear and irrefutable.

Seems kind of racist to assume that “Hispanics” in general should be assumed to support vote fraud?
I am as far away from that incident as anyone could be and yet, I remember it.

And the latest crap is listening to the RIM looking with confusion at the differences between Mail In ballots and Absentee Ballots, acting like they never heard of the differences. All the while conveniently forgetting the disgusting election of Alan Franken, who wound up in the Senate by fraudulent voting, having ballots stuffed into boxes being driven from precinct to precinct, being dropped off where "needed", and we had to suffer the stupidity and meek Republican response. "unsubstantiated" will now be used to try to make Trump's accusations look silly.

There is a difference between absentee voting and mail in voting
In one you request a ballot, are a registered voter, and sign the affidavit that is under penalty if perjury. The other is a ballot (sometimes ore filled out according to several recent cases) mailed to your home....every address available. There is no accountability. No verification. In California it has been used to ballot harvest. Plus in multiple recent cases many thousands of ballots have been rejected, stolen, dumped by mail carriers, and just plain lost
