Except that Obama would have raised taxes to 95% by now, and reinstated all the regulations undone by Trump, and would have spent 100 trillion dollars by now, including bailing out the liberal states from their decades of overspending. Obama would have put the final nail in the coffin of the U.S. In fact, those policies are exactly what Biden and AOC and all democrats promised to enact, if they got hold of the presidency and the congress.

I think that is the mistake many are making these days.

A Conservative would not sign onto a bill that gives direct payments to people, and call it a stimulus. It’s a hand out. I am sorry if you are unemployed, but giving you a cash payment every week does nothing to “stimulate” anything but the recipient. .

Exactly. Notice how he always speaks in the abstract. “Republicans”, etc. How about naming names, Rand? You know who is negotiating this in the Senate. I understand Rand has a special rule to never criticize McConnell due to being from the same state. In the end Rand is more controlled opposition unwilling to fully engage our corrupt institutions.

I vote conservative in every election and that is usually also the Republican candidate, too, but I realize that that’s because there is no one else for the conservative party to endorse that any further right that a wishy washy republican.
