WASHINGTON — Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden shrugged off a question Tuesday about taking a cognitive assessment test, which President Trump has challenged him to do — while misrepresenting what the test measures.
In an exchange with CBS’s Errol Barnett during a wide-ranging, multi-moderator interview at a conference of Black and Latino journalists, Biden balked at Barnett’s question about whether Biden had even taken an exam.
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?” responded Biden, who then posed a rhetorical analogy.
“C’mon man,” he chided Barnett. “That’s like saying, ‘You — before you got on this program you took a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?’”

Joe was heard to say..Look man, I studied for three days solid to take a urine test. I’ve done enough. Funny.
Maybe he was on that Pyridinium chlorochromate (PCC) 'Urine Luck' masking agent. He takes it with his brain boosting anti-aging pills in the basement. And a light dose of meth to stay alert for a staged interview. Then nap time for six hours.
And AOC studied for a month to get into the Electoral College before her giggling bar pals told her it was just a prank.

The video is worse than the statement. He was an ass to the CBS reporter and invoking a racist stereotype because that's what Biden does but he seemed "OK" just an arrogant pr*ck but then... did anyone see he struggled to get out "physical and mental fitness?"
I think he just proved Trump's point.
