Oh boy!!
Who in their right mind would send a kid to school wearing a mask, put a kid on a school bus for sometimes almost an hour wearing a mask. . . .it’s time to get Grandma on board and homeschool. Not only can masks cause physical damage but psychological as well. Great site for information is The Illinois Family Institute. Tell your Ohio friends.https://illinoisfamily.org/topic/education/
> I expect if schools do open that theyll be closed again with 2 months. <
I agree completely. Some kid will get the virus. And his parents will call a lawyer. And the lawyer will call the school board. Boom! Its back to 100% internet learning,
MY guess is school will pick up next year, if there is a vaccine. If so, the in-person schooling could even start earlier in the year. Otherwise, no vaccine - no schools, as with so many other things we are used to in normal life.
Or it could just disappear and go away, that would be a nice surprise too. But I wouldn’t depend on it.
The scary thing is that it feels like the masses have pretty much completely given in to this utter nonsense. People seemed mad at first and willing to push back, but most everyone now seems resigned to obey. It’s Animal Farm all over again.
A relative’s district is offering 3rd party remote learning, by a company already set up, equipped and trained for that.
Pubic schools and their teachers are NOT set up for remote learning.
Many parents may wisely decide it is better for their children, morally.
Now, what to do with all the idled pubic school indoctrinators (teachers)?
One silver lining could be these Karen-teachers are so scared of the scary, deadly virus, they might actually cease screwing the teenage boys. For a while, at least.
> Pubic schools and their teachers are NOT set up for remote learning. <
The big school district near me most certainly is. Ive got many friends who teach there. The problem (as usual) is meddling central administrators.
Are you ready for this? Those administrators have decreed that the minimum remote learning grade is 70%. So should a student decide to do no work at all, that student will receive a C-, and pass. Are the students aware of this? You bet they are.
I wonder if the mask mandaters ever look at the data showing how ineffective they are with viral transmission. Or is there some other agenda here? The governor of Texas (Abbot) was talking today about distributing 59.4 million masks to Texas schools!
That’s true and as of this date it is 19 but the flu seems like it kills more:
Estimates of deaths in children since 2010 have ranged from 37 (2011-2012) to about 1,200 (2012-2013). CDC believes these estimated numbers of pediatric deaths are likely a better estimate of the number of pediatric flu deaths

Can’t click and post all the links for each year so, grabbed the first one I could
Muzzle the masses!
This is sick.
Wow! 17 out of 7.7 billion people on the planet. It's a wildfire of disease!
I saw a Vietnamese study from 2011 of hundreds of flu patients in several hospitals. The virus spreads just like The Wuhan Red Death.
The study found 97% failure rate with cloth masks and 44% failure with medical masks in a hospital environment.
So we’re expected to blindly and stupidly believe that all the cool fashion masks will be perfectly effective in a completely uncontrolled environment. Asinine.
You do know that I said United States and not the world right? I used to think you were smart. Something happened to your ability to read and comprehend.
Oh wow. Thank you. I know for the most part covid Is the most overblown thing in our countries history.
CDC: 8 more children have died of flu; 144 total March 13, 2020Eight more children have died of flu, bringing the total to 144 this season, according to a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report. (2019-2020 flu season)
By your logic parents of those children were understanding. No complaints. People were lining up to be their parents.
You did not.
I thought Bill Clinton was....
Good grief.
