Yes. If they were to say that 95% of white people are racist, and only 5% of white people are “good”, then perhaps they could make an argument that — if I change my ways — perhaps I can join that illustrious 5% and expand the number of “good” white people.
But they aren’t saying that.
They are saying that all white people are racist. 100%. There is no hope. No fixing that. No white person has ever managed to be “good”.
So why do I care? I’ll just be me.
The ultimate consequence (if that’s the right word) is that, since no white person is apparently capable of ‘being good’ and non-racist, it would stand to reason that we must all be exterminated ‘for the sake of humanity’.
Somehow, I don’t think that’s gonna fly.....
