My point is most folks from south of the border are extremely class driven and pigmentation hue is the primary determinant.
If American blacks think racism is bad here, let them try Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Colombia for their next trip.
And don’t be a wuss sticking to the hot spots and tourist traps - go interior, go deep into those countries.
