As states declare racism to be a health crisis (CO and MA already have) your steenking little Hispanic business (or white or Asian or Indian business) will be required to “diversify” by order of the state health department.
As we all know now state health departments can declare anything they want to be the law. No legislatures required.
And this is how the dems/commies/blm/antifa expect to get the Hispanic vote?

A Cuban-American acquaintance of mine is one of the most patriotic people I’ve ever met.
There is a great opportunity for Republicans to promote law and order and reach out to hard working business people in the Hispanic community as well as other minorities (including blacks) whose livelihood is being destroyed by these Marxist BLM thugs.
It’s too bad most establishment Republicans are either too stupid to do this or in on the con.

People from all over the world still see this as the “land of opportunity” - and they ALL seem puzzled by the economic failures of so many American blacks.
The past few months have demonstrated why we’ll have “segregation forever”; assimilation and racial harmony are myths.
I’ve pointed out on other threads for years now how private-sector employers are burdened with “diversity taxes” by being forced to put x number of ethnic minorities and/or women on the payroll.
Things are coming to ahead now because any company I deal with seems to have done so with Hispanics (men and women).
