As states declare racism to be a health crisis (CO and MA already have) your steenking little Hispanic business (or white or Asian or Indian business) will be required to “diversify” by order of the state health department.
As we all know now state health departments can declare anything they want to be the law. No legislatures required.

There is a great opportunity for Republicans to promote law and order and reach out to hard working business people in the Hispanic community as well as other minorities (including blacks) whose livelihood is being destroyed by these Marxist BLM thugs.

I teach in an urban low income school. Although Hispanics and blacks don’t really fight, they don’t engage either. They always watch and laugh at blacks when the latter engage in misbehavior or drama. Say what you will, Hispanics at least believe in family and work.
RICO laws should fit nicely.
