Remember that any jury will consist almost entirely if not wholly of Democrats. Hillary won 96% of the vote in the District of Columbia, the only jurisdiction where most political trials can occur. This extreme political bias applies not only to the jury pool but also to the bureaucrats and lawyers, who staff the investigating agencies and prepare the cases. It works invariably in favor of Democrats and with indiscriminate vindictiveness against Republicans.
