"This is our constitutional right, this is public property, this is not Planned Parenthood's America anymore, this is pro-life America," said a pro-life protester who was arrested Saturday morning while sidewalk chalking the words 'Black Pre-Born Lives Matter' outside of Planned Parenthood in Washington, D.C.

121000 black babies murdered in a year, 8 unarmed black men killed by police. Mass riots about the 8, burning cities, ruining businesses, as well as deaths to a number of black people as a result, makes a lot of sense.

If they would have Burned the Building they would have been protected under the First Amendment for a Peaceful Protest

They had a young woman chalking in the middle of a five way intersection in my neighborhood a few weeks back that forced people to maneuver around her. And another young woman doing the same thing on a bike trail.

If the law was enforced uniformly, I would heartily approve of it for defacing public areas and blocking traffic.

But after we have seen how they enforce both anti-graffiti and traffic blocking laws (If you were putting a conservative message there, as the article points out) the enforcement is very different.

Hey!

You might just be on to something. Make up some BLM signs, dress in black with helmets and umbrellas, and peacefully burn down a bunch of PPM death camps.

They let protesters deface monuments but crack down on sidewalk chalk. There has to be some kind of equal protection issue here.

A bucket of water would’ve taken care of that.

Then, YOU KNOW, you would’ve been arrested for infringing on someone’s 1st Amendment rights.

Most every black baby murdered had a black mother hiring the medical lynch mob ... so those deaths are less likely to be protested than when gang badgers kill each other.

Is there hope for a country where those who kill babies are celebrated and someone who writes on a sidewalk about it is arrested?

It’s all backwards, like in the UK where Tommy Robinson was jailed for talking about the grooming of children by muslims for rape. And the muslims were protected by the government.

Let me see if I have this straight....BLM and Antifa are peaceful protestors that have set things on fire/broken windows/attacked people/support only their free speech rights.........but if you stand respectfully with out fie bombing a building and say babies lives matter you get arrested

Unequal application of justice without adequate justification is abuse of power equivalent to tyranny.

.......................................................
That is a crystal clear harbinger of government persecution in which the law is not enforced against violent political activity condoned by the authorities while the same laws are very punitively enforced against nonviolent activity of persons the government wishes to persecute. Precursor to genocide? Check the history books!
